Status change from student to graduate

Hi,
i applied for step 2 CK as a medical student, the whole application process was verified last week. they are going to send me the permit any day now. problem is, my result was announced yesterday and officially i'm a graduate now. what should i do now? if i send a new form 186, how long will the verification process take?
