Form 327A

Hello doctors,
Im an asian IMG. I had my medical school send form 186 + all medical credential : Diploma (which is bilingual), Official transcript + English translate of transcript ( which is already signed and sealed by my DEAN -authorized official on file with ECFMG) , and of course form 187, 344, 345, photo etc...
Now my Status in OASIS
1. Form 186 is accepted and i got my schedule permit for step 1 ( it took me 4 weeks after ECFMG received the form)--> Good for me to take the exam now.
2. Medical education credentials received and verification is pending
Form 327A was sent to medical school.
Form 327-A is the form that ECFMG sends to your medical school to request verification of your final medical school diploma and a final medical school transcript.

Does that mean i have to contact School to process form 327A ( i wonder if they will receive it or keep it when the envelope arrive), make a copy of diploma, transcript, english translate of transcript ( which gonna be the same as all credentials sent to ECFMG) again. This process was so complicated and cost me a lot since I'm out of the country now.

I appreciate your advices or experiences on this problem.
