Item 18, 19 in application

Hi

I started MBBS in August 2008 and completed my final MBBS exams in February 2013. I started internship in April 2013 in another hospital near my place which is different from my medical school. I completed 11 months of internship and took break to do clerkships. I will complete that one month internship in March 2015. I may get my degree in April/May 2015. So, my question is:

1) What should i answer in 'number of years attended'? Is it 5.5 (4.5 medical school+ 1 yr internship) or 6.5 (untill i get my degree)

2)Should i add the college i did my internship in 'other medical schools attended'?

Please help asap, i'm in the middle of my application
