When to take USMLE Step 2 CS?

Hello,

I am a fourth year medical student studying in London, UK (I am in the 5 years program). I am planning on participating in the 2014/2015 match and I am scheduling my USMLE step 2 CS examination at the moment. I would like my exam results to have been sent off to the programs that I am applying for before they begin opening applications. I was wondering, when do programs begin opening applications and looking at these examination results?
