Time for ECFMG online application and to get Exam scheduling permit

Hi Friends

I am going to apply (online application) for ECFMG this week.How long it will take for ECFMG application process complete and to get scheduling permit .(I have already been registered and credential verified by ECFMG before)

May I be able to schedule my USMLE step 1 exam at late May or early June 2014 at USA testing center ?

How busy the Pro-metric center are at USA.
