ECFMG certificate validity

Hi all, I hope everybody had wonderful holidays.

I have a doubt regarding ECFMG certification, I am fully certified and have also passed Step 3.. DO I need to ask for a permanent sticker from ECFMG ? or do I chill? I ask this because I wont apply for the match but probably will try my luck for a fellowship in 3 years after I'm done with my residency.

I will appreciate any feedback :)
