Issues with ESMWP- any advice?

I am having problems right now. My medical school in apparently on electronic ESMWP portal and ECFMG sent an email to the authorized person of medical school to have my credentials verified electronically. I talked to the Dean and his secretary today but they have no clue about it. We do not know who this authorized person is! Would you recommend me anything?
