permit and ID name don't match please help ..

Hello everyone

I went to take my ck exam today and i was not admitted to take the test at the prometric center, the problem is they are saying that my ID ( American driving license and passport ) has no family name while the scheduling permit does have a family written after last name, so to be clear

Driving license: first name , last name ( No family name )

Passport: first name, last name ( No family name)

Scheduling permit: first name, last name, FAMILY NAME


I didn't contact the ecfmg yet because it's weekend, i took my step 1 and cs using same ID and had no problems, the only difference is the testing center (step 1 , CS in texas ) and now ck in California,

Any suggestions, please help, I'm panicking and I don't want to take the exam late and miss the match
