Can i trick them?

ok this may sound odd , but i plan to extend my eligibility period .. applied as a student but now a graduate..
IN CASE my medical school agrees to sign the 183-E forum stating that im still a student who wants an extension , will it cause any problems in the long run?
im doing this because i cant wait for 1 week for them to change my status and then another 3 to verify my form..
