when we can apply for USMLE CK in 2016

i tried to apply to take step 2 CK exam but i found that eligibility period till dec. 2015 only

i planned my schedule to take my exam in jan. 2016 but i didn't find eligibility periods or 2016

when i can apply for the exam in 2016 ??
