Chinese medical Graduate in Pakistan

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows what to do in this situation:

Med school in China. Im in Pakistan right now.
Form 186 needs to be signed IN FRONT of my medical school official and then signed by them etc etc

OR

form 186 signed in front of a notary public and then the notary public signs it and after that the forms are sent to China etc etc

Which one should I do?

I figure itll be the notary public one right?
