I finished my final exam on dec 97 .and internship in jan 99. But I received my diploma certificate only on 2004 because I could not able to collect in person.,no other reason. In that they printed my convocation date is march 99 and dec 97 as I finished my final exam and they printed issue date as March 2004. My doubt is what is my graduation date . Plssssss help.
