hii...my form 186 didnt get accepted .they sent me a mail saying that "the stamp or seal of the official who certified your form 186 is required..the stamp or seal must cover a portion of your photograph and the form 186" but the form which i had sent to them had the seal of the college and the form had been signed by dean also..i dont knw where it went wrong...can anyone please help me:o
