Bilingual issued Diplomas

Hello

I have been issued with two diplomas one in Native (non English) and one of the same original translated English version diploma.

As foreign Student we have been taught in English Medium throughout 5 years medical school.

Now my question is when applying to ECFMG do I have to submit the only English version of it or both with official translation.
