resending form 186

hi guys...I am preparing for step 1
my form 186 was not processed because of stamp issue. so i have sent it again..i dont know if they will process my form 186 again
do i have to wait for 3 weeks to know if my form is being processed?
is there any possibility to know it before as my eligibility period is going to end in this december???

if i call ECFMG will they tell me if my form is being processed or it has been rejected again???
