Item 5. Other Examination History

Hi everyone,
I have taken step 1 (sending application through IWA).
I would like to apply for step 2 but I'm not sure what to answer to Item 5 :

(Other Examination History and Applicant Number
If you have previously submitted an application to the National Board of Medical Examiners® (NBME®) for a Part or Step examination, you must answer "Yes" to this question, even if you submitted the application under a different name or if you did not take the exam for which you applied.)

I'm confused because I have done step 1 but I have not sent the application through NBME.

I know it may seem a silly question but I'm stuck in this part!

please let me know whether the answer is YES or NO?
