I took step 1 and i have form186 and medical education credentials verified. Now, I've applied for CS. Should i send to ECFMG anything by mail? Form 187?

If there are additional documents required to complete your application, including but not limited to, medical education credentials, you must send these documents to ECFMG as soon as possible.
