I am an Irish IMG who graduated this May (2013).
I am applying to the Match 2014 and earlier today went about scheduling my USMLE Step 2 CS (have Step 1 and 2 CK done).
As I went through the various screen pages in my aborted attempt to schedule Step 2 CS, I got to the point where it was prompting me to check an option that I would send form 187, 344, and 345 to ECFMG in addition to 2 copies of my medical diploma with English translation (since ours is in Latin), and a photograph.
I've read the closed thread above that is stickied about forms; however, I'm still confused! :confused:
Do I (personally) send these forms, or does the medical school I graduated from do it?
Also, I recently uploaded a photograph (head and shoulders) via OASIS so that it is available to ERAS. Is this photograph request associated with form 344 something different?
