for those who have housejob/internship not compulsary in their home country

I am applying for step1 and there is an option that says


I was required to complete internship prior to receiving medical diploma

and then I pick "NO" and enter the dates but when I proceed to Next page it automatically changes to "Yes"

anyone one having any idea what to do .... is this medical diploma the Degree or the permanent registration
