Cant reschedule step2 on IWA!!!

Hi I faced a big problem: I cant reschedule my exam already a month.
There is no such a button on my on-line application page and I'm very frustrated.

I supposed to be 31 March for my eligibility to end but I couldn't do it even before.

Is there a limited amount of times I could reschedule it?
I would be my second time...
